  • Rebuilt bottom end with forged Arias pistons, shot peened rods and ARP rod bolts, on a knife edged crank. (Performed approximately 195,000 kms)
  • Rebuilt head, flowed and port matched, aftermarket cams and ARP head studs (Performed approximately 195,000 kms - redone 205,000 kms)
  • High flowed wastegate ports on the turbo exhaust housing to accomodate the higher flow of air due to the ported head and custom dump pipe (otherwise it couldn't control boost)
  • Lightened flywheel with ARP flywheel bolts, Exedy heavy duty clutch (Performed approximately 195,000 kms)
  • Reconditioned gearbox with new 2nd and 3rd gear syncro rings, new 2nd gear syncro hub, bearings and seals (Performed approximately 205,000 kms)
  • TWM short shifter
    • Reconditioned power steering rack and pump, replaced power steering hoses (Performed approimately 205,000 kms)
    • All new solid rubber engine mounts
    • New Starter Motor and Main Fuse Box (Performed approximately 205,000 kms)
    • Custom turbo dump pipe and revised exhaust system
    • Samco induction hose with K&N pod filter
    • Disconnect T-VSV system and use of Manual Boost Controller - monitered by Autometer Ultra-Lite mechanical boost guage
    • Turbosmart Blow Off Valve
    • PWR alluminium radiator and new thermostat (Performed approximately 205,000 kms)
    • Tein Super Street coilover suspension (Performed approximately 205,000 kms)
    • Whiteline adjustable rear swaybar
    • Apexi turbo timer
